Russell Zientek

Russell Zientek joined CensorNet from Arrow ECS Americas where he was responsible for the security portfolio, leading the cyber-security initiatives for all ECS North America lines of business with responsibility for defining the go-to-market strategy for the cybersecurity division including sales, marketing and technical teams. Prior to Arrow, Russell was CEO of Computerlinks North America and he also held the position of Director of Professional and Technical Services at Computerlinks UK.

Jeff Cornelius

Jeff Cornelius joined Darktrace in February of 2015 as EVP.  His background with large Enterprise Software organizations over the past 10 years lends itself to the needs of a young, innovative, market-defining organization from a Commercial standpoint.  Jeff oversee the global, strategic direction of Darktrace’s Industrial Immune System solution tailored specifically for Critical Infrastructure Protection.  Prior to joining, Darktrace, Jeff held Executive Commercial positions with Viewpointe and Autonomy.  Prior to these, Jeff taught at the University of Texas and New Mexico State University where he held adjunct positions in Experimental Psychology (Social, Cognition, Perception) and Experimental Statistics.

Ryan Spelman

Senior Director, Business Development Center for Internet Security

Ryan is a Senior Director at the Center for Internet (CIS), a nonprofit organization focused on improving cyber security for public and private sector entities. Ryan is responsible for identifying new opportunities to improve global cyber security and new partnerships for sharing CIS best practices and resources. Prior to his work at CIS, Ryan served as Director of the New York State Senate’s Committee on Veterans’, Homeland Security, and Military Affairs. While serving as Committee Director, Ryan led and advised state legislators in developing statewide policies and legislation pertaining to homeland security and veterans, established the Homeland Security Business Roundtable, which brought together leaders of Fortune 500 companies and senior state public safety officials to collaborate on the development of security and disaster preparation policies, and represented the State Senate on the development of legislation that established New York State’s Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services (DHSES). 

Ryan holds a Masters of Public Administration (MPA) from the University at Albany’s Nelson A. Rockefeller College of Public Affairs & Policy, specializing in Public Safety, a GIAC Critical Controls Certification, and a GIAC Security Leadership Certification. While he has presented in over 20 states and travelled to nearly all 50, he particularly enjoys staying home with his family in beautiful upstate New York.

Josh Kaldor

Josh is a seasoned professional in Information Security with 15 plus years of experience in the IT field, including 9 years in Information Security. Josh is currently responsible for IT Security at Paymetric helping monitor and manage PCI-DSS compliance, analyzing, auditing and reporting on security controls and providing security evaluations and recommendations across the enterprise to prevent risk. Josh is also responsible for training employees on security protocol and is often referred to fondly as “Our Security Rockstar.” Prior to joining Paymetric, Josh worked at Bridge2 Solutions in IT and Security and has held other key security positions during his career.

Joseph Ward is the VP of Product for Cybraics where he directs the creation of nLighten, the world’s first advanced security analytics and AI platform, delivered as-a-service. Joseph has over 15 years of experience protecting organizations against threats and data loss with roles both as a defender and on the product creation side.  Prio to joining Cybraics, Joseph spent time at CipherTrust, Secure Computing, McAfee, and most recently at Damballa where he ran the product group creating point solutions to combat botnets, malware, and other advanced threats for large enterprises. 

Ryan Kalember

SVP, Cybersecurity Strategy Proofpoint

With over 15-years of experience in the information security industry, Ryan currently leads cybersecurity strategy for Proofpoint and is a sought-out expert for media commentary on breaches and best practices for enterprises as well as consumers. He joined Proofpoint from WatchDox where he served as chief marketing officer and was responsible for successfully building and leading the marketing team through the company’s acquisition by Blackberry. Prior to WatchDox, Ryan was instrumental in running solutions across Hewlett-Packard’s portfolio of security products. He has also held a variety of marketing leadership positions at ArcSight and VeriSign including EMEA regional manager. Ryan received his bachelor’s degree from Stanford University, where he studied fault tolerance, cryptography, and authentication algorithms.

Steve Lamb

Steve Lamb is CIPHER’s EMEA Technical Director based in London. Steve leads a team of information security consultants who deliver a range of services including Managed Security Services, Threat Hunting & Penetration testing, PCI Compliance and Strategic consulting. He has over 22 years of practical experience of helping clients align their information security controls with their appetite for risk. Steve has worked for vendors including Microsoft, HPE, RSA Security, Mimecast as well as dedicated security service providers such as CIPHER. He is well known for enabling the maximum business agility possible while delivering the outcomes required by the client’s security strategy. Steve loves public speaking, travelling and getting the most from interesting security technologies. He has advised clients about how to address the needs of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the last 18 months as part of his strategic work.
