Glenn has worked in Information Technology and Cybersecurity for more than 27 years in both the private and public sectors spanning military service, financial industry, and healthcare. He is currently the Chief Information Security Officer for one of Virginia’s largest agencies, the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services overseeing information security for 12 state hospitals and the Central Office consisting of more than 6,000 traditional and remote workforce employees.

Glenn is a retired Air Force Veteran of nearly 23 years. During his time in the military, he served overseas to include deployments to Kuwait, Qatar, and Iraq. He is currently the Chief Information Security Officer for one of Virginia’s largest agencies, the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services overseeing information security for 12 state hospitals and the Central Office consisting of both traditional and remote workforce employees. Glenn joined Tech 4 Troops as a board member in early 2022 and is dedicated to helping vets and their families reach their full potential.
