Brian has over 21 years experience in cybersecurity, first as a Systems Engineer at Internet Security Systems then as a Product Manager for the past 11 years. Prior to Red Canary, Brian has held product manager positions at IBM, Tripwire and Cisco. As a Systems Engineer, Brian worked with telecoms, health care companies, financial and banking institutions with their security challenges. In his role as a product manager, Brian has helped two products achieve Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader status, first the IBM Intrusion Prevention System and more recently the Cisco Firewall product line.
