During the 90’s, as an architect at StrataCom & Cisco, Junaid played a leading role in the development of Frame Relay, ATM & MPLS. Shawn K. Dorsey, Esq. Lead Investigator, Incident Response Services Symantec Shawn Dorsey is a Lead Incident Response Investigator in Cyber Security Services in NAM at Symantec. In his role, Mr. Dorsey helps clients identify, contain, and eradicate the threat of increasingly sophisticated attack actors as part of Symantec’s Incident Response Service. Prior to joining Symantec, Mr. Dorsey worked as a Forensic Analyst for the Sony Corporation Global Security Incident Response Team. Mr. Dorsey previously served as a Special Agent with the United States Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) for over a decade, with assignments to the Cyber Operations Field Office, the Contingency Response Field Office, NCIS Resident Agency (NCISRA) Iraq, and NCISRA New Orleans. Additionally, Mr. Dorsey has served as an Assistant District Attorney for the State of Louisiana in New Orleans, as well as a Signals Intelligence Analyst and Arabic Linguist in the U.S. Army. Mr. Dorsey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Baylor University in Waco, TX and a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law. These industries include telecommunication, ISP’s, and manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining Comcast, Ramesh served as Director of Technology for Sprint Nextel. She was responsible for technology delivery for order management systems, quality governance and assurance and life cycle management for other areas. She has previously held senior leadership positions with Xerox Corporation with international assignments in Asia, Europe and Latin America. For her corporate leadership in the strategic planning and integration of evolving information technologies, Dr. Sepehrrad has been the recipient of the 2002 Circle of Excellence award, the 2004 Executive Leadership award, the 2005 CIO Award. Under her leadership, her team has also been awarded numerous industry awards in 2012, 2013, and 2014. In 2015, Dr. Sepehrrad was inducted to Academy of Distinguished Engineers at the University of Connecticut.
