He led an IT Remediation engagement to improve the client’s cybersecurity posture in a multi-year transformation program by improving their operating model to align to business drivers and establish a risk management framework for monitoring project status. provided leadership on PwC Information Security Transformation projects from technology design inception to operational go live for over 10 different IT security projects/services, while also building out the end to end service management functionality that provides a common framework for development, integration and measurement of cyber security services.
