Anya Vysotskaya is a driven and versatile information security professional with interest in application Security, Vulnerability Research, Network Security Monitoring and Malware Analysis. Anya has over 5 years of experience in the fields of Defensive Security and Vulnerability Research, she is also an experienced instructor and mentor with several projects under her belt such as Cyber Security Bootcamp at the University of Texas and Women in Technology Mentoring Program at Austin Community College. Anya obtained her Masters Degree in Cyber Security from Capitol Technology University, she also holds several SANS certifications such as GCIA and GCIH.

At Flashpoint she worked on multiple malware and ransomware research projects uncovering the inner workings, defense mechanisms, weaknesses and trends in modern malware. Prior to her work at Flashpoint Anya worked at Trend Micro as Vulnerability Researcher including Zero Day Vulnerabilities and at Box Inc as Blue Team Analyst where she was building Threat Intelligence Team as well. Anya enjoys the challenge of mastering new technologies and solving difficult problems.
