Mike Spisak is a Distinguished Engineer and Architect in IBM’s Security Business Unit. Currently, Mike serves as the Zero Trust Technology Leader focused on setting strategic technical direction, driving thought leadership, and accelerating innovative security solutions.

He has delivered many groundbreaking solutions for both IBM and clients while embracing key transformations such as AI, agile, mobile, and cloud. His current responsibilities also include driving Research and representing IBM in open standards activities. He is an IBM Master inventor with over 40 patents and published papers, he is a frequent speaker at technical conferences, education sessions, and workshops.
