Maureen Rosado is a  Cyversity Austin Lead and Founder of a global boutique practice  where she leads the organization’s cybersecurity strategy with a sharp focus on Zero Trust architecture and ransomware resilience. With over 2 decades of industry experience spanning leadership roles at IBM, Microsoft, and BMC, Maureen brings deep expertise in helping organizations modernize their security posture while navigating cloud and GRC challenges.

She is a recognized strategist in the cybersecurity community, known for her work in developing scalable Zero Trust frameworks and driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. A facilitator with Pink Falcon Consulting and a longtime advocate for  diversity and inclusion in tech, Maureen also serves as a lead with Cyversity’s Austin chapter. Her mission is to make cybersecurity both resilient and inclusive—empowering organizations to defend against evolving threats while investing in the next generation of security leaders.
