Nikki Robinson holds both a DSc in Cybersecurity and a PhD in Human Factors. She is currently an STSM and Senior Manager at IBM, leading the Platform Development team along with other duties including AI and email security. She has over 16 years in IT and Security Operations, with multiple industry certifications like CISSP and CCSP. She has written two books, Effective Vulnerability Management and Mind the Tech gap, blending her IT and human factors knowledge.
