Ron is the Rubrik Sales Engineering leader for Ohio, Michigan, and Kentucky. After beginning his career at Accenture, Ron spent 16 years at Cisco in services and Sales Engineering leadership roles. He left Cisco to lead a product management position JPMorgan Chase and has since led Sales Engineering at Nutanix before joining Rubrik.

Ron holds a B.S. in Communication at Ohio University, an MBA from Ohio State University, and is an AWS-Certified Solutions Architect Associate.

Ron is a member of the Ohio Tech Angel Fund (OTAF) and the Chairman of the Advisory Board of the McClure School of Emerging Communication Technologies at Ohio University. He lives in Powell, Ohio, with his wife, Sarah, who is a hospice nursing manager. They have three children: a son who is a United States Marine stationed in Japan, and two daughters who attend Ohio University.
