John Madigan is an accomplished Cyber Security Professional with 20 years of experience in the area of Enterprise Security including 10 years at Check Point. John has served in the role of Professional Services Consultant, Pre-Sales Security Engineer, and Security Architect. John has extensive experience designing and engineering security solutions for some of the largest global enterprise customers including banking, energy, retail, and manufacturing. A primary area of focus for John has been designing Check Point security solutions for customers to prevent both known and unknown malware variants including ransomware.
When John is not working, he is an avid scuba diver and underwater photographer with his favorite subjects being turtles, sharks, and searches the world for the most exotic coral reefs. John has recently relocated to the San Francisco Bay Area from the Tampa Bay Area, and is based at Check Point HQ in San Carlos, CA.
