For over three decades, her expertise continues to drive business transformation initiatives, IPO activities, and merger and acquisition analysis. Her leadership, innovation, and empathy ensure successful technology alignment with business objectives. Laura is the Founder and President of Paradigm Solutions, a consultancy based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Laura serves as Treasurer of SIM Arizona. Her efforts for continuous improvement business models, member program events, and outreach initiatives were recognized by SIM National with the 2024 Chapter Innovator Award.
