Laura Hemenway is the Founder and Principal of Paradigm Solutions with over 30 years’ experience leading organizations through digital transformation initiatives, inclusive of process excellence, governance, and organizational change management. She shares her passion for technology by serving on the Board of SIM Arizona, serving as the SIM Arizona Women Champion, guest lecturing at Arizona State University MS-ISM, MBA, and AZNext programs, as well as providing STEAM Program support for Title I Fourth Graders. She is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, and enjoys investing her time in the arts, hiking, and golf.
