Monique leads the Information Security Training and Awareness team. This team is responsible for establishing and maintaining an enterprise information security strategy pertaining to training and awareness, along with overseeing the planning and program management functions that enable execution of this strategy globally.
Her background includes instructional design, learning and development with experience in design, development and implementation of LMS solutions. She has an expertise in developing and implementing e-learning and face-to-face training programs with a special interested in new learning technologies such as xAPI integration, learner analytics & performance support.
