Timothy Evans, Esq., LL.M. is Cofounder and EVP at Adlumin, a cybersecurity technology firm that revolutionizes how corporate institutions secure sensitive data and intellectual property while achieving compliance objectives through its managed security services platform.
Before Adlumin, Evans spent fourteen years on active duty in the United States Marine Corps. He served with the Western Area Counsel Office (WACO), Navy Office of the General Counsel for six years as litigation counsel. As a Marine Corps Captain, he spent two years as the Commanding Officer, Headquarters and Service (H&S) Company, H&S Battalion at Camp Pendleton, California during Operation Desert Storm/Desert Shield.
For three years, Evans represented NSA cyber organizations as a member of the White House National Security Council Sub-Interagency Policy Committee on offensive and defense cybersecurity issues. Additionally, he was the Senior Advisor to Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory on cybersecurity strategy and policy matters.
Col. (Ret) Evans commanded the 175th Network Warfare Squadron at the National Security Agency (NSA) for six years. While Commander, he served as the Director of Operational Policy, Tailored Access Operations (TAO), and Senior Advisor, NSA Threat Operations Centers (NTOC). Later, he represented NSA cyber organizations as a member of the White House National Security Staff Sub-Interagency Policy Committee on both offensive and defense cybersecurity issues.
Evans graduated from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska. He continued his studies at the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle, where he received his Master of Laws (LL.M.), focusing on International Law.
