Jules Czarniak, CISSP is a Security Consultant part of Mandiant’s Strategic Security Consulting team and is based in Toronto.

He supports clients in various industries and geographies in enhancing their strategic readiness against cyber-attacks and in remediating security gaps post-incident, including in improving detection, awareness and defenses against phishing and other threat types such as ransomware and data exfiltration.

With more than 10 years of experience in IT, including at the largest Swiss e-mail provider and web hosting company (Infomaniak), Ernst & Young and now Mandiant/Google Cloud, Jules has seen hundred of phishing attempts including novel techniques and will share insights in how healthcare organizations can better detect, prevent and respond to phishing attempts.
