Hazel is an experienced consultant specializing in assessing and managing cyber risk in the bio-science industry as it intersects with healthcare. She has a diverse background in Software, Telecoms, Capital Markets and Healthcare, as well as starting her own company providing business advisory, digital transformation, and cyber risk services. With over 20 years of experience in digital transformation in healthcare, Hazel has worked extensively in Europe and the US where she has guided healthcare organizations through digital transitions using established frameworks leveraging her extensive experience in data management.
Working with her US trusted clients, she provides valuable insights and guidance on governance matters, with board experience at organizations and national task forces in multiple geographies. Her contributions are today being deployed as best practice guidance provided by US government entities. Hazel’s uniqueness is building strong relationships with industry leaders and fostering industry awareness through thought leadership engaging with multiple entities and roles including academia, research and innovation, providers, entrepreneurs from accelerator groups, innovation hubs, and ecosystems in America. She designed and curated a cyber risk management trilogy program to increase awareness as a Call to Action for North Texas in Bioscience.
