Drawing from a diverse background in Healthcare, Finance, Food & Beverage, and Retail at Industrial giants such as PepsiCo, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and The Quaker Oats Company. Throughout his journey through IT, Program Management, to Business strategy, Mr. Bojarski emerged as a Resiliency Evangelist, spreading the importance of resilience in both personal and professional spheres championing resilience at the highest level within organizations
Mr. Bojarski is a strategic leader, empowering teams in response, recovery, and restoration. He began his colorful career on the ground floor in IT and met the challenges of competition and occupational obstacles that led him into resilience advocacy leadership. Mr. Bojarski’s approach identifies areas of strengths and weaknesses, optimizes productivity, and protects the bottom line against unforeseen events that could impact any business.
Sharing his passion to help drive community engagement it has led to delivering Public/Private summits and engaging in academic speaking engagements with future professionals. A recent initiative, the “Protecting Our Houses of Worship…The Series,” serves as a testament to a commitment to inclusivity and preparedness, as it aids those without the corporate financial resources to plan, train, and respond to potential events at the softest of targets.
Having achieved the Master Business Continuity Professional (MBCP) certification from DRI International, it paved the way for a career dedicated to driving Organizational Resiliency. Currently, on the Board of Directors, and Past President, of The North Texas Chapter of The Association of Continuity Professionals (ACP), a chapter established in 1986 and serves as the largest ACP Chapter in the country.
