Maruf Ahmed has over 20 years of experience in IT industry, gaining most during his over a decade and half-long tenure at Oracle where he held key technical and leadership roles. He was highly recognized with several accolades for outstanding contribution during that tenure as well.

As a subject matter expert, Maruf worked with government organizations as well as Fortune 1000 companies across the US and globally in addressing their technology and business challenges which involved Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Applications and Information Security.  

Drawing on years of experience, he is currently involved in providing global advisory leadership at OneWorld InfoTech which helps enterprises to strengthen security and resiliency by providing a full suite of technology solutions as well to achieve operational readiness thru the most effective and efficient use of critical IT budgets and resources.

Maruf is a frequent speaker at various seminar and conferences around cyber security. He is also actively involved in the Information Systems Security Association® (ISSA), a not-for-profit international organization committed to promoting effective cyber security on a global basis and dedicated to advancing individual knowledge growth, managing technology risk and protecting critical information and infrastructure.
