Naheed Bleecker Senior Manager IT Security, CUNA Mutual Group Naheed Bleecker has been responsible for the security awareness program at CUNA Mutual Group, impacting over 4000 employees at multiple locations. CUNA Mutual Group offers financial services to over 98% of the credit union marketplace, including cyber security insurance. The company is a Champion of National Cyber Security Awareness Month (NCSAM) and realizes the importance of securing the most critical endpoint in the organization: the human. Ms. Bleecker has coordinated year-long initiatives such as testing, newsletters, and contests. These efforts culminate in the annual October capstone events in recognition of NCSAM. She attributes the success of the program to the collaboration with other departments such as Communications, Privacy and Records Management. Ms. Bleecker graduated from the University of Kentucky with a BA in English and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Business Continuity, Security and Risk Management from Boston University. Ms. Bleecker has over 20 years of experience in information technology, and has worked in a variety of industries. Her certifications include CISA, PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt and ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.

The former president & CEO of Enabl-u Technologies, Kevin created the APIS data management system and Learn it Solutions interactive training technologies, both widely utilized by top global retailers, and has designed several industry-wide data sharing projects including RILA-InfoShare, ABA Bank Capture v1 & 2, CargoNet and LERPnet2.0 in the US, Canada’s LP DataShare, and the National Business Crime Solution in the UK. Jesse Kornblum Security Engineer, Facebook Jesse Kornblum is a Security Engineer for Facebook. Based in the San Francisco Bay area, his research focuses on computer forensics and computer security. He has helped pioneer the field of memory analysis and authored a number of computer forensics tools. These tools include the Hashdeep suite of programs and the ssdeep system for fuzzy hashing similar files. A graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Mr. Kornblum previously served as a computer crime investigator for the Air Force and with the Department of Justice.

He leads NIST’s Information and Communications Technology Supply Chain Risk Management Program and works on various policy and technical projects. Boyens helps develop and coordinate the Department’s cybersecurity policy among the Department’s bureaus. He represents the Department in the Administration’s interagency cybersecurity policy process. Boyens has worked on various White House-led initiatives, including, most recently, the Cybersecurity Executive Order and related work on Cybersecurity Incentives, Government Acquisition Policy and the Cybersecurity Framework.
