Under his leadership the firm has tripled in size and now is the primary security organization for a combined $1.2 trillion in AuM in the alternate asset management space. Mr. Haynes often speaks to executives and is able to bridge complex technical issues to the enterprise security risks asset managers must mitigate. Over the past 20 years prior to eSentire, he has started, financed and successfully sold a number of enterprise software businesses in sectors including energy, government, healthcare and engineering. Mr. Haynes is a professional engineer and holds a Masters in Engineering and sits on several Boards of Directors.








Peter Beardmore VP, Global Strategic Alliances and Mobile Business Development, Kaspersky Lab As VP, Global Strategic Alliances and Mobile Business Development, Peter Beardmore is responsible for maintaining and developing global partnerships and serving as a liaison for all major brands with whom the company collaborates such as Microsoft, HP, Google, Apple, Cisco, RSA and others. Peter brings more than 15 years of marketing experience. Prior to this role, Peter was Senior Director, Product Marketing, Kaspersky Lab, where he was responsible for all aspects of product marketing for both the B2B and B2C business units. Prior to joining Kaspersky in 2008, he was Senior Product Marketing Manager for Government Business at RSA, The Security Division of EMC. Peter began his career in the US Army, serving in capacities including Tank Platoon Leader and Communications Company Executive Officer. He later held a variety of sales, marketing, and business development positions at Cabletron Systems, Enterasys Networks, and Colubris Networks. 
Naheed Bleecker Senior Manager IT Security, CUNA Mutual Group Naheed Bleecker has been responsible for the security awareness program at CUNA Mutual Group, impacting over 4000 employees at multiple locations. CUNA Mutual Group offers financial services to over 98% of the credit union marketplace, including cyber security insurance. The company is a Champion of National Cyber Security Awareness Month (NCSAM) and realizes the importance of securing the most critical endpoint in the organization: the human. Ms. Bleecker has coordinated year-long initiatives such as testing, newsletters, and contests. These efforts culminate in the annual October capstone events in recognition of NCSAM. She attributes the success of the program to the collaboration with other departments such as Communications, Privacy and Records Management. Ms. Bleecker graduated from the University of Kentucky with a BA in English and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Business Continuity, Security and Risk Management from Boston University. Ms. Bleecker has over 20 years of experience in information technology, and has worked in a variety of industries. Her certifications include CISA, PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt and ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.

Kevin is also the CIO, Chief “Idea” Officer for the Ministry of Ideas and CEO of IAB, and with both organizations is leading development of cutting edge data visualization technology and ground-breaking development in voice biometrics creating secure access and secure payment solutions for online and mobile retail transactions. The former president & CEO of Enabl-u Technologies, Kevin created the APIS data management system and Learn it Solutions interactive training technologies, both widely utilized by top global retailers, and has designed several industry-wide data sharing projects including RILA-InfoShare, ABA Bank Capture v1 & 2, CargoNet and LERPnet2.0 in the US, Canada’s LP DataShare, and the National Business Crime Solution in the UK. Prior to Enabl-u, Kevin managed investigations nationally for Bloomingdales and worldwide for Tiffany & Co. He started his career working for the FBI in Washington, DC. Kevin is co-founder and current board member of the Loss Prevention Foundation, directing and contributing to the development of the LP industry certification programs and he is currently driving the international expansion of the LPF with testing expanding into 175 countries and new LPF chapters launching in India and the UK, among several regions targeted for 2014.

Mr. Dua began building his expertise after graduating with High Honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in Computer Science. Shortly after completing his schooling, Mr. Dua began providing Cyber Security and Compliance guidance to Fortune 100 customers and later, became a Senior Consultant at Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Shivank began his career with NIKSUN in 2003 as a Software Engineer, where he stood out among others in the field for creating NIKSUN’s FlowAggregator – an advanced flow traffic collector used for powerful and reliable network planning, forensics and reporting.
