She has more than 18 years of exposure in the Healthcare, Bio- Pharmaceutical, Information Technology and Consulting industries. Ms. McGinty brings a wealth of knowledge to her clients and maintains and develops client relationships. She is a driven tenacious problem solver, responding with quick decisive sense of urgency. She has been a Court appointed Expert Witness at the Federal Court Level in a “Landmark Case,” testimony provided in a jury setting, and testified for California Department of Justice in front of a Grand Jury. She can convey findings to fellow co-workers, “C” level management and jurors’ in laymen’s terms.

Ms. McGinty founded a successful Computer Forensics corporation in 2006; this is the last thing anyone would expect of someone who started out early in life fighting forest fires in the most remote areas of California. But Genevieve always does more than what’s expected of her. Tenacity, focus, hard work…these are the traits necessary to quench a raging forest fire.
