His ability to make the complex understandable to both a technical and non-technical audience first led him into the classroom as a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and Certified Cisco Systems Instructor (CCSI).
For the past 15 years, Mr. Reagan has created and managed world class information security training programs for both government and the Fortune 500.
He is the Enterprise Practice Director – Cybersecurity and IT GRC for Global Knowledge. In this role, he provides industry insight to shape products and services, and works with senior leaders to at client organizations to address immediate cyber skills training, programs to address future workforce needs, and align training to their organizations security program and cyber risk management efforts.
He is a member of numerous professional organizations, such as ISACA and the Association for Talent Development (ATD), and a Fellow at CSFI.
