Tyrin Ford is the Director of Enterprise Sales for Mimecast. In this role, Tyrin is responsible for driving Sales with a focus on growing Mimecast’s Enterprise client base in the Western Region. Tyrin has a proven track record of success in the Security space providing Cyber Resiliency in the Cloud. In Corporate America, Tyrin has helped clients increase business productivity and mitigate risks through cloud security strategies. Tyrin has worked on strategic initiatives for clients such as Nissan/Infiniti, Lionsgate, Warner Music Group, Skype, Jack In The Box, Big 5 Sporting Goods, Creative Artists Agency (CAA), and William Morris Endeavor Entertainment (WME) to name a few.
Civically, Tyrin sits on the Advisory Board for the Los Angeles Urban League Young Professionals (LAULYP) and is a Mentor for the Big Brother Big Sister Program of Greater Los Angeles. Tyrin serves an active volunteer for the Lupus Research Alliance organization and recently cofounded Ethno Cares with his Wife, Marketa Ford, to provide tools and resources to promote Lupus Awareness, Research, Education, and Advocacy.
Tyrin is a graduate of University of Missouri-Saint Louis and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing Concentration in Management Organization Behavior of Business. Tyrin is a current member of the University of Missouri Saint Louis Alumni Association. Tyrin is also a proud graduate of the Value Selling Methodology, Sandler Training and Force Management Training Sales program.
