David Mata is the SVP, Global Head of Incident Management at Darktrace. Prior to Darktrace, David served over 12 years in federal government where he focused on Cyber Operations. In addition to his extensive career in government intelligence, David was the former VP of Security Incident Response Team and Threat Management for Goldman Sachs where he specialized in Cyber Intelligence and Insider Threat. David now leads Darktrace’s US analyst and threat hunting teams, and works with Darktrace’s strategic global customers on threat analysis and defensive cyber operations.
