Over the last 18 years, he’s helped clients overcome security architecture weaknesses; devised system vulnerability strategies; crafted resilient engineering and architecture; supported SOC procedure development within SLED/International/CI-KR partnerships at US-CERT; and run the Internal Revenue Service CSIRC. At Hewlett-Packard, Todd worked with industry and government to support the Department of Homeland Security’s Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation rollout.
