The Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) has emerged as a world-class membership organization and an engine for economic development for the state of Georgia. TAG’s mission is to educate, promote, influence and unite Georgia’s technology community to foster an innovative and connected marketplace that stimulates and enhances Georgia’s tech-based economy. TAG launched in January 1999 as a merger of three of the state’s largest technology organizations: the Southeastern Software Association, the Business and Technology Alliance, and Women in Technology. With over 30,000 members representing over 2,000 tech and tech-enabled companies, TAG is one of North America’s largest state trade associations dedicated to the technology and innovation. TAG provides its members instant access to our specialized groups that focus on a board cross section of industries and topics including information security, international business, mobility, systems engineering…etc. TAG is headquartered in Atlanta with chapters throughout the state. The organization is part of the Technology Councils of North America.
