Catherine is currently Vice President Information Security for financial institution, working remote for the last few years. Previously she was Vice President Information Technology and Information Security Officer at Valley First Credit Union for almost 6 years.

She has over 35 years of information technology and security management experience, in various industries such as software, semiconductors (Xilinx and Actel), pharmaceutical (Hologic), security and financial industries. She is a graduate of Oklahoma Central State University with honor CUM Laude Computer Science Degree. Her first job was in server programming in Palo Alto, working with Stanford University using UNIX and AI. In Arizona, she was the sole representative from ArizonaFirst at Anti-Terrorist center addressing highest-level person from Homeland security, during the Department of Homeland Security Exercise Topoff4 (US national Full Scale Exercise, and State Coyote Crisis Arizona.)
