
Daniel Honore serves as the Vice President of InfraGard National Members Alliance (INMA). INMA is an FBI-affiliated independent nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting U.S. critical infrastructure and the American people.
Mr. Honore most recently served as Wisconsin’s cybersecurity advisor for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). Prior to joining CISA, Mr. Honore served as the Cybersecurity Officer and Director of Information Technology for a local municipality and the Director of Information Services for the third largest school district in Wisconsin. He has led the implementation of the largest privately owned optical fiber network in the state, and one of the largest enterprise-class wireless infrastructures of any educational institution in the state.
In total, Mr. Honore has over 35 years of information technology experience in the areas of cybersecurity, infrastructure support, and application and database development. He has a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems.
Mr. Honore also volunteers his time and expertise to serve as a team leader for the Wisconsin Cyber Response Team, which provides cyber incident response to Wisconsin municipalities, K-12, higher education and not-for-profit organizations and he also serves as a director on the board of a local historical society.
