Deborah joined Aligned Data Centers in 2021 as Vice President, Compliance & Risk. Previously, she was Chief Compliance Officer at Everlywell (now Everly Heath). Prior to relocating to Austin, Deborah served as Compliance Officer for Genomic Health, Inc. in the San Francisco Bay Area and as a senior leader with Novartis International in Basel, Switzerland. After returning from Switzerland, Deborah ran her own consulting firm. She has served in various compliance and assurance capacities within the technology, shipping, and financial services sectors.

Deborah received her MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and is also certified in U.S. and European Compliance and Ethics through Seton Hall University School of Law. She holds a BS in Accounting from Golden Gate University, where she was previously an Adjunct Professor, and is a CPA, CISA and CFE. Deborah is also a licensed real estate broker in California.

Deborah is currently serving as Vice President of the Austin ISACA Chapter. She has been a member of ISACA since 1997, and previously was on the planning committee for the international CACS conference in Singapore, as well as the annual Fall Conference sponsored by the San Francisco Chapter.
