Orus is currently serving as President on the San Francisco ISACA Chapter Board.

He is a Cyber Security executive with 20 years of experience operating in regulated environments. He has consulted for global organizations in the federal government, healthtech, and fintech spheres. Orus currently is Senior Director, Cyber Security at iRhythm Technologies in San Francisco where he is responsible for the security and compliance of iRhythm’s digital assets.

Prior to joining iRhythm, Orus spent 14 years at Grant Thornton where he led the delivery of cyber security and IT compliance services to a diverse group of companies.  Orus’ experience includes security operations, strategy, and implementation of cyber risk management programs.

Orus is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE), and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
