As a Senior Solutions Architect at SonicWall, John Phil focuses on Cyber network security while educating SonicWall’s customers and channel partners, providing a hands-on, real-world perspective. His background includes extensive work with network design, management and security, for on-prem, cloud and hybrid networks. Prior to joining SonicWall, John provided Cyber Security consulting services to government and private industry for over 20 years.

John Phil graduated from Valley Forge Military College with an Associate degree and was commissioned in the US Army as an Air Defense Artillery Officer. He earned a Bachelor’s degree the State University of New York, and a Master of Science degree in Information Assurance from Norwich University. John also holds the CISSP certification.
