Geoff Hancock CEO, Advanced Cybersecurity Group As CEO Mr. Hancock brings 24 years’ experience in cybersecurity across the federal government and commercial industry. He brings depth and breadth of experience across Cyber Operations, Insider Threat Management, and Cloud and Mobility technology tied to best practice. He uses his strategic technology and business experience to help corporations understand cyber risks, threats and technology to increase their resiliency. Mr. Hancock has worked with and advised federal agencies such as DoD, IC, Energy, Commerce, NSA, and State department, as well as corporations in Healthcare, Retail, Telecommunications, Technology (Cloud & Mobile), Oil and Gas and Aviation. The Advanced Cybersecurity Group works with key partners and provides expertise in Cybersecurity, Cloud, Mobile and IT technologies across federal, Commercial and International entities. So companies can get ahead of cyber threats and use best practices to be more secure. Prior to his current role, Hancock served in senior leadership roles for companies such as CGI Federal, Verizon-Terremark, Microsoft and Echostar. Leading business and Cybersecurity products, services and operations. In other roles Mr. Hancock services as Senior Advisor to Mach37, a Commonwealth of Virginia cybersecurity technology incubator. He is also an advisor to Empower Solutions a cybersecurity products and Services Company and to Insider Spyder an Insider Threat Management company. He advises the Council on Cybersecurity on best practices and Enterprise Threat modeling. And is Chairman of the Cyber Intelligence Committee and the Intelligent and National Security Alliance.
