Daniel Clayton is responsible for the design, development, oversight and service-delivery of the Global Managed Services operation, including the Bitdefender SOC, engineering and customer support services.

In his previous role at Rackspace, Daniel handled global service delivery of the enterprise-wide security operations, including strategy and associated support services (3 global SOCs, compliance, engineering and customer experience).

Prior to Rackspace, Daniel spent more than two decades with UK and U.S. government intelligence and security services, where he developed and managed intelligence and security operations programs including SOCs within the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA) and the U.K. Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ).
Daniel has an MS degree in Leadership and Management and two BA degrees.
