Fred Wainwright is a seasoned national security cyber expert with more than 20 years of public and private sector experience. Before joining Delta Risk, Wainwright served in a number of leadership positions with commercial companies providing cyber security services and products to the Department of Defense and other government agencies. Before entering the commercial sector, Wainwright served more than 20 years in the United States Air Force supporting cyber operations across the globe. During his service, he supporting numerous operations, including DESERT SHIELD/DESERT STORM, OPERATION SOUTHERN WATCH, OPERATION ALLIED FORCE, and OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM.

Wainwright’s academic background includes a BA in Human Resource Management from Saint Leo University; an MS in Computer Resource and Information Management from Webster University and an MS in Command and Control, Computers, and Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C3I) from the Air Force Institute of Technology. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
