Peter B. LaMontagne Chief Executive Officer, Novetta
Peter B. LaMontagne brings to Novetta more than 20 years of National Security and technology solutions experience in the federal and commercial marketplace. Mr. LaMontagne is responsible for establishing and guiding Novetta’s corporate strategy as well as overall performance. Mr. LaMontagne has focused his business career on the nexus of U.S. National Security interests and technology challenges. Before joining Novetta in 2012, LaMontagne served as a Senior Vice President and an executive lead in the cyber security practice area at CACI, a multi-billion dollar National Security technology service provider. Prior to CACI, Mr. LaMontagne was President and CEO at Paradigm Holdings, Inc., a private equity backed cyber security and digital forensics firm acquired sold to CACI in September 2011. At Paradigm, LaMontagne built an advanced cyber defense capability with a sharp focus on countering advanced persistent threats (APT) via malware reverse engineering. From 1999 through 2006, Mr. LaMontagne was an executive at ManTech International where he played a leading role in the development and execution of the company’s growth strategy, including support for the IPO and follow-on offering in 2002. As a U.S. Foreign Service Officer, Mr. LaMontagne specialized in China and East Asia political and economic affairs and was posted at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing, China from 1993 to 1996. Peter is a Mandarin linguist and graduated magna cum laude from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine where he majored in Government/Legal Studies and Classics and completed his Honors Thesis on Terrorism Studies. Peter is married and lives with his family on an island off the coast of Portland, ME.
